Walking can provide an opportunity for Meditation and reflection. This photo book describes one such walk over the course of several city blocks. It begins at an artists dormitory I was living in at the time and ends at the office where I spent the summer.

The text begins as a jumble of thoughts and sensations, then streamlines into a focused state of awareness. Thoughts and actions are positioned farthest left, sensations farthest right.
